The damage the government has done to South Africa over the last 30 years:

Watch the video on what an ideal government structure should look like.

Watch the video on why a welfare state (SASSA system) will always fail:

SASSA pays 26 million grants every month.

The current government has failed the communities that contribute to the economy for 30 years. WE, THE COMMUNITIES OF SOUTH AFRICA, MUST FIX THIS. Our constitution and article 235 are a good starting point.

Since 1994, government spending on social grants has increased from R10.5 billion in 1994 to R232.7 billion – about 11% of the R21 trillion national budget – in 2022. When adjusted for inflation, social grant expenditure has quadrupled since 1994.

How SASSA has hindered South Africa’s economic growth:

Just imagine if the SASSA money was used to support entrepreneurs to create proper long-term jobs. To achieve this, tariffs are placed on all imported products so that everything is manufactured in South Africa, to our standards, with our people.

Help all current government officials become entrepreneurs with training programs and proper controls.

The Damage the Government Has Done to South Africa Over the Last 30 Years:

South Africa’s Future Doesn’t Lie In Political Parties but in its people. Communities should have full control over their hard-earned money.

Recorded 7 Years ago implement article 235 throughout South Africa is te only solution.

Look at the Video: Mark Heywood – Head of human rights organization Section 27.

Over the past three decades, South Africa has faced numerous challenges and setbacks due to governmental mismanagement, corruption, and inefficiency. The impact of these issues has been profound, affecting various aspects of society and the economy.

Economic Decline

One of the most significant areas of damage has been the economy. Despite being one of the most resource-rich countries in the world, South Africa’s economy has struggled to grow. High levels of corruption and mismanagement have led to a lack of investor confidence, resulting in reduced foreign investment. The unemployment rate has soared, with millions of South Africans unable to find work. This economic stagnation has exacerbated poverty and inequality, leaving many citizens in dire straits.

Infrastructure Deterioration

The country’s infrastructure has also suffered. Power outages, water shortages, and crumbling roads are just a few examples of the neglect and poor planning that have plagued South Africa. The state-owned enterprises, such as Eskom and South African Airways, have been riddled with corruption and inefficiency, leading to frequent service disruptions and financial losses. These issues have not only inconvenienced citizens but have also hindered economic growth and development.

Education and Healthcare Crisis

Education and healthcare systems have been severely impacted as well. Schools are often underfunded and overcrowded, with many lacking basic facilities and resources. This has resulted in poor educational outcomes and a lack of skilled workers to drive the economy forward. Similarly, the healthcare system is under immense strain, with public hospitals facing shortages of staff, equipment, and medication. This has led to inadequate healthcare services for the majority of the population, particularly in rural areas.

Social Unrest and Crime

The government’s failure to address these issues has led to widespread social unrest and a surge in crime rates. Protests and strikes have become commonplace as citizens demand better living conditions and services. The high levels of unemployment and poverty have also contributed to an increase in crime, with many turning to illegal activities out of desperation. This has created a vicious cycle, further destabilizing the country and making it difficult to attract investment and tourism.

Environmental Degradation

Environmental degradation is another area where the government has fallen short. Poor regulation and enforcement have led to widespread pollution and the destruction of natural habitats. This has not only harmed the environment but has also affected the health and livelihoods of many South Africans who rely on natural resources for their survival.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the damage inflicted by the government over the last 30 years has been extensive and far-reaching. Economic decline, infrastructure deterioration, education and healthcare crises, social unrest, and environmental degradation are just some of the issues that have plagued South Africa. Addressing these challenges requires a concerted effort from all sectors of society, with a focus on transparency, accountability, and sustainable development. Only then can South Africa hope to overcome its past and build a brighter future for all its citizens.

The government of national unity, like all political activities in South Africa, is failing the citizens of our country. We need a reset based on the principles of our constitution.
